Namaste, and welcome to Ashalok, an NGO nestled in the heartland of Ranchi, Jharkhand. We aim to brighten the lives of our rural communities, providing education, technical skills, health awareness, and so much more. Let's walk together on this path of change.
Our journey began with the vision of a world where every child has the opportunity to learn and grow, and every woman has the ability to stand tall, empowered. We recognized the pressing need for technical education, health and nutrition awareness, and a broader understanding of the importance of environmental sustainability in our communities. Inspired to make a difference, we established Ashalok.
Our Initiatives
Education for All (सबको शिक्षा)
We believe every child should have the chance to learn. We provide resources, tutors, and workshops to make this dream a reality.
Technical Empowerment (तकनीकी सशक्तिकरण)
In today's digital world, computer skills are a must. We teach children and adults computer basics, software, and internet usage.
Women Empowerment (महिला सशक्तीकरण)
Every woman should stand tall and empowered. We help make this possible through various training programs, literacy initiatives, and legal awareness campaigns.
Health and Nutrition (स्वास्थ्य और पोषण)
Good health is essential for learning. We provide regular health check-ups and awareness programs to improve nutrition and hygiene practices.
Environmental Education and Sustainability (पर्यावरण शिक्षा एवं सतत विकास)
We teach our children to respect and take care of Mother Earth.
Art and Culture Preservation (कला और संस्कृति संरक्षण)
Our culture and heritage bind us together. We organize cultural festivals, art workshops, and exhibitions to celebrate and preserve our rich heritage.
